Your package will be shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends), unless your order is placed when we are closed. In that case, your order will be shipped when The Hair Expert Luxury Extentions reopens or the next bussiness day.
Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS or FED EX. after processing is competed. Tracking numbers will be sent out to the email you give us at checkout. We encourage you to make sure tis emaoll is correct. You will receive an order recived conformation emailoncfe your order is placed. Notifiactions are sent via email or text. depending on the information you leave at checkout. You will also receive a shipping conformation email once your order is shiipped. Please make sure your address is ocrrecr at checkout, a we are not responsible for making sure this is correct and we are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to this.
Shipping Time
You will typically receive your package 5-7 business days from the day your order is shipped, except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer. With standard Post Office or UPS shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. You will receive an email notification from the Post Office or UPS indicating your expected delivery date. Please plan accordingly and place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.
