REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If your items arrive damaged, please email thehairexpertluxuryextentions@gmail.com with photos of the items and we will replace the items that are applicable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accpet product returns within 14 days for unopened products. You will receive store credit minus the shipping cost.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened products. Outside of this, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card
Sale and Promotion Terms
All items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged. Sales and other promotional discounts or offerings cannot be combined. You cannot use multiple discounts at one time.
All promotional offers are for one-time use only. Code may not be valid on Sale, New Arrivals, Holiday specials, or e-Gift cards. Shipping & handling, taxes, any international fees, and purchase of e-gift cards do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.
Promotional offers are not redeemable for cash, credit, e-gift cards nor are they valid toward previous purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of this offer and to modify or cancel this offer due to system error or unforeseen problems. Subject to change without notice.
Exchanges
All exchanges must occur within 7 days of you receiving the hair. No exceptions. Do not remove the zip ties or rubber bands from the hair. If rubber bands or zip ties are removed, all exchanges will be void and not accepted.
Coloring, chemical alterations, or any modifications will make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut.
Inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping or running fingers through the bundles to ensure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it is determined that The Hair Expert Luxury Extentions at fault, we will refund or exchange at no additional cost to the customer.
Email your exchange request to Thehairexpertluxuryextentions@gmail.com and then mail your unwanted products to The Hair Expert Luxury Extentions in the original packaging, in resell-able condition.
